1996年からNYでスタートしたBody&SOUL。日本では2002年よりvelfarreやageHaなどの大型クラブにはじまり、両国国技館や晴海客船ターミナルなど様々な場所で開催されてきた。François K.、Danny Krivit、Joaquin “Joe” ClaussellのレジデントDJが1曲ずつミックスするバック・トゥ・バックで奏でるサウンドに多くの人々が酔い、歓喜し、音楽の素晴らしさを再認識することができる空間として日本でも愛されている。
コロナ禍以降4年振りで待望の復活となった2023年を経て、再び、Body&SOULが開催される。昨年より引き続き、同郷となるNY生まれのブランドManhattan Portageのサポートのもと、会場は東京湾とレインボーブリッジを望むシーサイドベニューのキラナガーデン豊洲となる。
