- Rhythm Section returns to the glorious Pickle Factory, fully renovated and ready to welcome in the spring with 2 very special guest DJ's with a Cosmic, soulful repertoire perfect for this hi-fidelity, intimate dance floor... IRFAN RAINY has been doing his thing from the Rainy city - Manchester, since the mid 90's. The word '' Legend " is banded around quite aimlessly nowadays, but Irfan has earned this accolade many times over. From his early Deep house outings on is own label " Rainy City Music" (which have since been reissued on MCDE) to his Afrobeat experiments with Dele Sosimi right up to his Detroit Techno outings as 'Pitched Black' with the late great Mike Huckaby. His regular monthly party in Manchester is called COMMUNITY and it is a sanctuary of deep music for real dancers. His motto: "Don't Call It Deep If It Ain’t" COSMO SOFI is Paraguayan born, London based Dj and artist with a penchant for soulful, spiritually uplifting and colourful music. Her monthly radio show ‘Spectrums’ on Worldwide FM gained her recognition and respect in the music scene. Becoming one of Secretsundaze residents for 2023, playing across festivals in Europe and sharing the stage with DJs such as Gilles Peterson, Mr. Scruff, Joe Claussell, Colleen Cosmo Murphy, Coco Maria, Bradley Zero, Luke Una, Rainer Trüby and more Unbound by genre, Sofi is making her mark on the scene in London and beyond and is the perfect piece to complete this cosmic puzzle! RS Head Honcho Bradley Zero completes the triumvirate and will be playing a solo set and most likely a b3b to end the night :) SEE YOU IN THE DANCE! TWO RULES : 1. Be nice 2.
