- DESCENDANTS is an international Afro & Culturally Inspired Electronic Music Experience based out of New York where people come together for Afro House & Afro Tech. IG: @descendants.rec We're back at New York's newest innovative venue SILO, which is equipped with top tier sound, lighting and projections. Line-Up: DESCENDANTS is proud to present Studio Bros, hailing from Lisbon, Portugal with roots in Central Africa. Their sound is deeply rooted in Angolan Kuduro among other traditional African rhythms, combined with their futuristic Electronic sounds. DESCENDANTS Founder Meedy has become the lead sonic curator for the DESCENDANTS Experience. Having shared the stage with the likes of Afro House legends such as Caiiro, Shimza, Boddhi Satva & many more. He will be joined by our very own, lifelong Producer/DJ Pizzi who brings a seamless blend of Afro Tech, House, GQOM & more & DC/Brooklyn based Niara Sterling bringing her soulful/deep cuts.
