On April 28th, crew members from Clone and Triple Vision Record Distribution come together to provide an afternoon of experimental sounds at the outer edges of their record collections. Come nurse your Kingsday hangovers with electronic explorations from the depths of Rotterdam’s longest running record distributors.
DJ FRM is the most familiar face at Clone’s front desk. A near encyclopaedic knowledge of the latest and greatest in house, techno, electro and beyond, he regularly indulges listeners with his monthly Operator residency, inviting guests from across the underground sonic spectrum.
Also representing Clone is Groningen-born, The Hague-based Nathan Homan. The boy wonder from the north is a resident at both Oost and Paradigm, known for his hard-to-find house records and a particular ear for stripped-back sounds. Check out his release on Rotterdam’s BAR records and keep an eye on Tozo for future works.
Another member of Tozo, Jelly represents Triple Vision with a combination of weird electronics, breaks and the West-Coast sound of her hometown, The Hague. A resident at Perron, and former resident of much-loved Het Magazijn, she’s an experienced selector with an extensive music collection to suit all scenarios.
Another Triple Vision team member, Seb H. selects sounds that remind him of home in the UK. Sub-bass frequencies and swinging rhythms across techno, dubstep, drum’n’bass and beyond, he slaloms through styles with effortless precision.
