- We are celebrating the beauty and love within all of us. Join us for a Special Pride Edition in The Nursery outside at Public Records. What would Pride be without a special guest? House music legend Barbara Tucker will be performing Live. Barbara Tucker, originally from Brooklyn, has been an influential voice in house music. She was signed by Masters At Work, who produced the tracks “Deep Inside”, “Beautiful People”, “I get Lifted”, “Stay Together “ and “Stop Playing With My Mind” to name a few. Join us as we pay homage and celebrate her legacy.These songs are timeless gifts that have made quite the mark within House Music. Justin Cudmore will be opening the garden, so get there early. Pride is about honouring our ancestors and paying recognition to the influence of house music within our culture. Just when you thought you could breathe you realized that House Music is about Legends. We are thrilled to have one of NYC’s very own, Eli Escobar. Eli is one of the most fluid selectors in the electronic music industry here in NYC, and he’s about to take us Deep Inside with some house tracks and mixes that he lays down seamlessly with skill that comes with over two decades of being a veteran in NYC nightlife. In addition, we are excited to welcome back our friend Vicki Powell from Deep South. Vicki is no stranger to what it takes to make an amazing Sunday day party memorable. Vicki is from Atlanta GA where she produces parties when she’s not travelling. One of our favorite parties of Vicki’s is called Church, so you know how this is about to go down.
