- The Elsewhere series continues with a deeper night with some out of town quality friends - Limnal ( Nelson) + Wolf Machina (Calgary) + Looting (Victoria) These guys have been continuously working towards creating new soundscapes in the deeper domains of modern electronic music in British Columbia. Local support from Bronwyn / IHA / Kai Bradley - who have been consistently supporting the Elsewhere nights with some of the most current electronic music out there. -------- LOOTING (Resonance / Victoria) Andrew has been producing, djing, and hosting events in BC for over a decade. Consistently pushing underground and emerging artists and styles while creating music and DJ sets that blend jungle, modernist and classic hardcore, ukfunky, techno, experimental and banging club trax, dembow, reggaeton, hard drum, deconstructed club, footwork and everything in between. Focusing one mind bending blends using a consistently evolving palette of emergent sounds and hardcore energy. WOLF MACHINA ( Radiate / Calgary) Wolf Machina’s cohesive yet formless range of style glides through different tempos. Feeling harmonious with his arsenal of hardware machines, he fuses dark ravey textures with heavy percussion and knocking bass lines into a hybrid twist of his own. A quarter of the influential Radiate (YYC), Wolf Machina brings forth not only technical live skills but also a wealth of experience in organizing events spanning the past ten years. As seasoned event curators, Radiate provides a platform to showcase the next generation of young and upcoming artists. This platform not only amplifies emerging voices but also serves as a beacon for the diverse sounds within the electronic music community. LIMNAL (Nelson) Drawing inspiration from across the musical spectrum, Limnal settles in the undefined spaces between genres. Exploring broken beats, heady techno and leftfield bass music, he challenges listeners to look beyond convention and toward a more nuanced sense of being. Sounds to move to, sounds to lose yourself within~ BRONWYN b2b IHA Cute yet uncompromising back2back duo with some of the freshest weirdest modern music, these two local faves are well versed and present in Vancouvers underground scene. KAI BRADLEY One of the best crate diggers around, Kai has been silently killing the dj game for some time playing a range of styles including leftfield techno/breaks/post dubstep.
