The duo’s love of heady wormhole techno is matched by a knack for rave activations. Electro-hybridist Jimmy Edgar is a rare rock star in a field of semi-anonymous producers. The Detroit-born artist has fused exquisite sleaze, slithering funk and delicious, and gooey synth work into a glistening HD futurism. Jubilee makes good on her name with an indelible mixture of Florida breaks, UK funky and sumptuous NY house. Moving from strength to strength, her breakout album “After Hours” remains an essential entry into the modern canon. Choque returns to STUDIO to lay it down.
