We are happy to once again collaborate with our fam Diaspora Rising, who will co-curate short film screenings and have invited some wonderful vendors and organisations to take part in a mini bazaar.

We welcome a debut from Paris-based Mcleem, a live performance from EbnHoari, and dj sets from local lovelies Light Plastic, Abadir, High Future, and Yui.

In much of the western world, especially in places like Berlin, music, art, and community have been reduced to (and often disregarded as) nothing more than hedonism and consumerism, while we seem to forget how much of a revolutionary tool said forms of resistance always provided. It is our responsibility to reclaim them as such. So in our group discussion, we will ask: How can we put this into practice? What can community do in times like this? What role does art play? How do we acknowledge feelings of guilt without succumbing to them? How do we find ways to utilise gatherings and experiences for the good of others?
