- In this 4 week (weekly) workshop series, you will learn to harness the power of Ableton Live to create your own DJ edit. Learn to sample, loop, program your own drum beats, and rearrange parts of an existing song. No experience is necessary but laptops with Ableton Live 11 or 12 and headphones are encouraged. Sessions will be happening on Thursdays June 6, June 13, June 20, and June 27. We recommend that beginners commit to the entire series, but drop-ins are welcome. Space is limited. This event is hosted by The New York Record Club for The Advancement of the Arts and JP Solis, who co-founded Dubspot, the first Ableton Certified training center in North America.
