- Hosted by Support Women DJs & DJ Electro Cherry, Open Decks is a creative, fun, & safe space where DJs can hang out, network, and play their sets live. When you arrive at Hell Phone, you will check in with us to get signed up. Sign up is in-person at the event only, on a first come, first serve basis. Sign-ups start when the doors open at 8:00PM and slots are 15 minutes. Electro Cherry will be DJing from 8:00PM-9:00PM. During this time dance, hang out, and talk to other DJs. We will start with the first open decks slot at 9:00PM. Bring your friends to dance and support you during your set! We really want to uplift our women, non-binary, and trans DJs during this event. All genres of music accepted. Just come with a pair of headphones and a Rekordbox paired USB. Hell Phone has 2 Pioneer CDJ900NXS and a Pioneer DJM450 mixer. Please note the CDJs do not accept FLAC files and do not have hot cue functionality. Support Women DJs is a movement for gender equity in the EDM industry. Based in NYC, we host raves with all-women lineups and foster a queer-inclusive community of DJs & Supporters. Electro Cherry is a Brooklyn Based DJ. She spins Minimal/Deep Tech and Deep House. She derives a great deal of her inspiration from Berlin & Brooklyn underground DJs & Producers. Beyond DJing, she is involved with Support Women DJs, She They DJ, and Only Femmes.
