As a community, we rely on one another to abide by the Seattle Parks Rules and Regulations. We're highlighting a few guidelines in Seattle Parks, and therefore also at Forest For the Trees: ◆ No Littering - please plan to take your trash with you ◆ No fire or lit fire toys ◆ No Unleashed Dogs or other pets; owners clean up your pet's waste ◆ No Sale of merchandise ◆ No Abusive or harassing behavior. Consent is required when interacting with others. A person’s choice of self-expression is not an invitation for non-consensual touching. Any form of harassment including leering, rude comments, or touching will not be tolerated. Remember: We don't choose (or make) the rules, we choose to respect them! Forest For The Trees is a free, family-friendly event, so please feel free to invite the family (children are welcome with parental supervision; we highly recommend ear protection for the little ones) ***Things To Bring*** Blankets, towels, drinking water, garbage bags, yoga mats, light jackets for evening, snacks & picnic items, park toys (frisbees, kites, etc.), small BBQs, poi/ flow toys (no fire), sunscreen, camp/ inflatable furniture, shade structures (allowed at the back of the dance area), love, & open hearts ***Leave No Trace*** Let's enjoy & respect the park & neighbors, by being good stewards of the beautiful outdoor facilities. Please help us from overfilling the park's thrash cans by packing out your garbage & recyclables as you leave. ***Please note: No alcohol & no cigarette or marijuana smoking allowed, per City of Seattle & WA state laws (e-cigs ok at outdoor areas)*** ***No weapons, No drugs*** ***Dogs are allowed at the park, but must be on leash per Seattle Parks and Rec rules. Also please be conscious & pick up doggie poop & pack out with you. We are thankful for and look forward to the opportunity to celebrate summer together with all of you, in the spirit of community.
