Bringing you to the courts of Land Grant (@landgrantbrewing) on Saturday, June 15th from 6 PM-1 AM, All Day Blackness aims to expand our cross-collaborations and the relationships of our local community in Columbus, OH. This year our festivities will be a fundraver for Class War Collective (@classwarcollective), which aims to provide a future for musicians in Columbus, OH through events, workshops, and label releases.
Importantly we’re bringing Black club music to the forefront of our sonic programming. The Midwest is known for our techno and house, but trust that we serve in the name of club music, too. This year’s lineup is such a reflection by bringing our headliner TAH (@tah_heaux), a prominent DJ and producer in Jersey Club, to Ohio.
Aaand we can’t forget our loveable, Columbus DJs that connect the dots such as ASL PRINCESS (@a.s.l.princess), N/Shrike (@st.vie), DON (@don_614_), Obsessed with Sound, (@obsessed.with.sound), Love Higher (@love__higher), Negroyokio (@negroyokio), Chico Himself (@chicohimself), and Sonicc Blush (@soniccblush). Spotlights will be provided for each DJ as the event nears.
All Day Blackness Year 4 is open and free to the public. We will have various vendors on the basketball courts of Land Grant, music throughout the day, and a fun After-Party (announcement coming soon).
