Following our sold out summer show we return to Village Underground in Shoreditch for our 2020 Xmas party. The August party was truly superb and we want to thank everyone that made it such an amazing event. It was our first production at Village Underground and we were overwhelmed by it's success, but as we are always looking for ways to improve your party experience we have taken on board feedback about improving the sound and installed a huge new Funktion One Soundsystem for our London return. In addition we are also increasing our light & visual production to transform the spectacular venue. For those that missed out first time around, Village Underground is an expansive, raw space with skylight studded ceiling in a restored Victorian warehouse set in the heart of East London's Shoreditch. This will be your last chance to dance before Christmas so once again the party kicks off nice and early giving us the opportunity to showcase the full spectrum of the label's unique sound. Hans-Peter Lindstrøm, alongside fellow 2020Vision releasing Norwegian Prins Thomas, almost single handedly kick started the contempory wave of nu disco music that emerged in the mid noughties. Inspired by a love of classic Italian producers and the infamous Cosmic Disco DJ Danielle Baldelli the duo made live takes, long tracks and loose disco drums fashionable again. Lindstrøm did it all himself on his own Feedelity imprint, causing a stir from the beginning with his 'Untitled' debut ep and 'There's a Drink in my Bedroom and I Need a Hot Lady' before releasing his huge hit, 'I Feel Space'. He famously went on to masterfully remix everyone from the Chemical Brothers to LCD Soundsystem, and The Doves to Franz Ferdinand. His debut album 'It's a Feedelity Affair' became an instant electronic classic, which he later followed up with, 'Where You Go I go Too' and the more recent 'Real Life is No Cool'. We first invited Lindstrøm to Leeds back in 2004 for his very first UK Live show. Since then he has captured hearts the world over with his inspiring production skills and we're honoured to have Hans back to headline for us in 2010.

The only word you can use to describe Marco Niemerski aka Tensnake is phenomenal. In four short years he has managed to forge a one man assault on electronic music. His unique blend of disco and raw authentic House has struck a chord with just about everyone in dance music and we get the feeling this is just the beginning. Starting his own Mirau imprint in 2006 Tensnake has always been about quality over quantity, releasing on a string of excellent labels such as Running back and Rekids, but it was his 2010 summer anthem 'Coma Cat' on Permanent vacation that really thrust him into the spotlight. Since then he has mixed the latest critally acclaimed, 'In The House', compilation for Defected and taken his scintillating live show around the world. We can't wait to get Marco back in London 'Live in our house'.
CRAZY P SOUNDSYSTEM

Crazy P are the UK's best live disco band. They have headlined major festivals such as The Big Chill and Hifi and tour extensively around the world. Together since 1996 Jim Baron and Chris Todd aka Hot Toddy have been continually writing superb music on classic imprints such as Paper and Shiva before signing to 2020Vision in 2008. They have five albums under their belt including 'Night On Earth' and their debut 2020Vision long player 'Stop, Space, Return'. The Crazy P Soundsystem is Baron and Todd performing a live DJ dex'n'fx session with live keys and guitars - they absolutely tore the roof off the summer show so we welcome them back for more!
RALPH LAWSON

Lawson is the founder of 2020Vision and the original resident DJ from the legendary BackToBasics club in Leeds now in it's record breaking 19th year. He is also part of 2020Soundsystem who performed live and direct for us at Village Underground in August. Alongside production partner Carl Finlow aka Random Factor he is responsible for creating many a classic record such as their remix of Blaze - Lovelee Dae and Felix Da Housecat's - Thee Light and their own 'Raptures Of The Deep' and 'Spanish Fly'. Lawson has 10 major DJ Mix compilations to his name including the highly acclaimed Fabric 33 and Kwality at Batofar. He is resident at We Love Space in Ibiza, recently mixing their summer album and was nominated for best DJ at The DJ Magazine 2009 awards. He spins two sets for us at the xmas party - get in!

We loved jozif so much last time around we invited him to become our London resident! He's an excellent DJ who knows how to set up a room perfectly and is fast becoming a hot name as both a DJ and producer with productions for Wolf & Lamb and Fear Of Flying already under his belt.
2020Vision's own Andy Whittaker and Danny Raper, alongside Manchester's Micron DJs complete the lineup for this very special christmas show.
