- After nearly ten years of club nights and festivals we finally get our hands on one of our favourite producers and DJs METRO AREA. From their seminal 12" releases on their own Environ label, the first being back in 1999 - the bulk of which went to make up their eponymous debut album on Virgin in 2002 - Metro Area can lay claim to having been there first with all the sounds that currently tick the music style bible boxes. Slow mo sexy house? Disco? Italo? Electro Boogie? Metro Area laid a blueprint with that album, and we are uber chuffed to have DARSHAN JESRANI repping them for their debut show in Bristol on December 4th. Add Local heroes and party starters Buoyancy to the pot and you've got the makings of one hell of a party right there...get in quick xx
