Autechre, The Black Dog, Hans-Joachim Roedelius (Cluster), Alex Paterson (The Orb), Thomas Fehlmann (The Orb), David Moufang (Move D), Mixmaster Morris, Richard H Kirk (Cabaret Voltaire), Lackluster, Mr Projectile, Enrico Coniglio, Gel-Sol, Roger Doyle, R.S.A.G., Anodyne, Mick Chillage, Derek Carr - the list goes on and on and on. These are just some of the names who have contributed to the continued success of Ireland's most pioneering electronic music label, Psychonavigation Records, who celebrate their 10th birthday on August the 28th 2010 with a big party of friends and well wishers.
Since 2000, Psychonavigation main man, Keith Downey has consistently put out quality electronic releases that are up there with the big guys such as Warp, Planet Mu, Rephlex, Toytronic, Sending Orbs et al and it is this quality which sees the label still going strong after all this time.
Psychonavigation Releases have been played all over the world by the who's who in electronic broadcasting as well as featuring on Ireland's national station 2fm every month in an hour long mix which is put together by label boss Keith Downey.
In this world of diminishing sales, Psychonavigation have forged a niche and sell out nearly all their releases. This is a true reflection of quality and an ever increasing fan base both at home and abroad. It is also an indicator of fans consistently buying releases by record label and not just buying the artist who releases that album.
