Bugged Out’s New Years Eve party is now on sale! Featuring some of our favourite DJs this year: Friendly Fires who mixed our most recent Suck My Deck compilation, Riton who rocked our Field Day tent as Carte Blanche, Nightslug L-Vis 1990 who has become a regular fixture with us this year and regulars Hannah Holland of Trailer Trash and Batty Bass (you heard her Paris Acid Ball smash yet?) and Matt Walsh who played our fave set this year at the last Bugged Out party (you can hear it on our website). In room 2 Dalston’s Pump Up The Volume night catches the bus down to Old St to join us to fill the room with balloons and 90s rave anthems (they had Altern 8 at their last party!). All this good stuff til 6am.
PUMP UP THE VOLUME, east London’s hugely popular club night dedicated to 90’s hip hop, house and pop is super excited to be hosting room 2 of Bugged Out’s legendary New Years Eve parties, this year at hot new club XOYO.
Joining residents Wang Chung, Sophie Lloyd and Naomiii are Lou & Nova and Brendan ‘All Night’ Long. The original 90’s themed night, Pump Up The Volume has been whipping up a retro frenzy in London’s cool clubland with their regular parties at Dalston’s Visions featuring all the great music from the 90’s and with special guest DJ’s at each party. Previous guests have included Altern 8, Jon Carter, Leo Greenslade of yOyO, and Bugged Out’s very own Johnno, with Severino of The Horse Meat Disco due to play their Christmas party on the 18th. Pump Up The Volume also rocked the backstage bar this summer at London’s newest Electronic festival, LED in Victoria Park, and are set to excite the skaters at Somerset House at the DJ Skate Sessions with a rave-tastic night on 3rd December. Testament to its popularity, you can join in the 90’s fun on the PUTV Facebook page along with the huge amount of followers already switched onto the PUTV vibe.
