Broadway Market / London Fields, with massive windows overlooking East London and features a heated outdoor terrace.
One of the pioneers of the Disco era makes his 1ST UK Appearance…
DJ/Remixer Bobby Viteritti, from the semial Trocadero Transfer in S.F. and voted No. 1 Billboard DJ 1979 & 80 in America will join us for his first ever UK appearance. Bobby’s ability to build a mood keeping you dancing all night long through impeccable programming, at the same time creating unbelievable energy is the perfect way to see you into the new year. Add London favourite Mark Seven from Juswax in Sweden to the line-up, you’ll be sure to hear the best Disco music both old and new.
For maximum effect we will install the bespoke audiophile Voices Sound System. Johnny Chingas and DJ Alex, your Lasermagnetic and Voices hosts, will get you into the mood to take a trip onto the other side of midnight.
Morning Music & Sleazy Disco Sound…
We feel humbled that Bobby Viteritti has agreed to play his first show in the UK with us and we look forward to witness his entertainment skills first hand. Style wise we can expect classic disco music followed by an early morning ‘sleaze set’ - not a reference to something that is unclean, it is a reference to music which was played very early in the morning when the DJ was slowly winding down the party to ensure that the dancers experienced a "safe landing". Bobby is best know for his ability to build a mood and to keep you dancing all night long through a highly musical mix of selections that created unbelievable energy, or unbelievable disorientation, amazement and even dance floor vertigo, ‘just when you figured out where you were, you'd get lost again’.
Much like his contemporaries Levan, Mancuso, Knuckles or Roy Thode, all of which were working at the around that time…the many thousands of devotees and fans have commented that ‘Bobby has a real gift for mastering the craft of building drama on the floor though his impeccable programming’. And at the same time creating a stylish magic that was so uniquely Bobby.

We felt that Sweden based disc jockey Mark Seven, who has just released his Salute To The Men Vol.2. - a 3 CD Mix dedicated to the sound of Trocadero Transfer, The Saint and their respective DJ’s, was the right match to compliment Bobby in making our party a full experience. Add to this a great private space near London Fields with views overlooking London, a smoking terrace, the bespoke Voices sound system and additional horse power courtesy of legendary London Soundman Mickey Boyle.
We are keeping this party friendly and intimate to a capacity of 250, which will provide you a ‘safe landing’ into 2011!

Disappearing Dining Club is a monthly dinner dance for people who love great food, good company and a bit of well-fed, late night dancing about. On NYE, dinner will be served in a warm, friendly, candle lit restaurant, with great staff, big comfy sofas and great views over London Fields.
On the menu will be Oak Smoked Halibut with Chorizo & Cockles, giant sharing dishes of Wild Duck Cassoulet, Crackled Duke of Berkshire Pork with Truffles, Dumplings and Madeira, followed by a Chocolate & Mascarpone, Orange & Pistachio Terrine, a selection of cheeses, port, tea and coffee. Big communal tables will bring friends and strangers together with a full drinks menu, fine wines and plenty of NYE fizz. We have plenty of vegetarian and seafood options available, a heated roof terrace for smokers and a great view of any NYE fireworks. Throughout dinner we will have plenty of great music with and live sets from our favourite doo-wop, rock ‘n’ roll, country and Motown duo Dan & Luke.
Disappearing Dining Club host a monthly Dinner Dance in unusual or reclaimed spaces in London and have a one table restaurant in Old Street. Head Chef Maxine Brady mixes fine French cooking with modern ingredients and previously ran the kitchen at Oxo Tower, The East Room and Giant Robot. Stuart Langley has been running fine dining restaurants and high end cocktail bars in London, Australia and Ibiza and at all the major UK music festivals you can think of.
