Laidback Luke, arguably the world’s biggest dance music artist, is coming to Australia in early 2011 for a whirlwind two week visit, featuring six tour dates. The announcement follows another successful year for Laidback Luke, which saw the release of club smashes: ‘Timebomb,’ ‘Till Tonight’ and ‘Indestructible,’ with the latter being a collaboration with Swedish queen of pop Robyn. His classy remixes have also been in heavy demand this past year, with: Dizzee Rascal, Moby, Tiësto, Ferry Corsten, MSTRKRFT, Black Eyed Peas and Calvin Harris all requesting his unique sound.
During his fast-approaching visit, Australian fans can expect to hear forthcoming originals ‘Turbulence’ (ft. Steve Aoki/Lil Jon) and ‘Chiuso’ (under the moniker Nouveau Yourican) due out soon via Dim Mak and Defected Records respectively. This tour is presented by Konkrete Agency & Touring, home to premier Australian acts such as Vandalism, John Course, Carl Kennedy, Seany B, Helena, Sgt Slick, Mind Electric and Nick Galea.
