Saturday 19th of March 2011, HOSPITAL presents, for the first time in Greece, the Dutch DJ and producer Delta Funktionen at the multi-purpose venue 6 D.O.G.S (Avramiotou 6-8, Monastiraki).
Niels Luinenburg, widely known as Delta Funktionen, has already made the first steps of a successful career. Influenced from the Berlin/Detroit Techno and Chicago House scene, in 2008 he released his first work with Ann Aimee Records, which was supported from by many great artists such as Laurent Garnier, Josh Wink and Terrance Dixon. Today, labels like Delsin, Ann Aimee and Field Records, have released his productions, while his gigs are constantly increasing all over the world.
The Hospital team through the support of new and talented artists, aims for the ‘’renewal’’ of the electronic dance scene of Athens. This transient period finds the city responding completely to Hospital’s callings and the contemporary aesthetics of Techno sound all over the world, has started to make its’ presence perceptible in Athens too.
In the main stage of Six d.o.g.s., Delta Functionen will be accompanied by the Hospital resident DJs: Alxp, Slydex, Zorz, while in the Bar music will be selected by Jose Amba and Steve.
