Following the huge success of Junk Department 01, the party starters are back again - arm-in-arm with one of Ibiza's biggest group of party animals - The Zoo Project.
One day after kicking off another season of the finest underground session of the white island, the Zoo Project’s Channel Zoo label hits the capital hard with a mega warehouse showcase session of May Bank Holiday wrongness at a secret location T.B.A.
Expect all the hedonistic vibes and smart undergound beats to be present and correct as the guys welcome Desolat’s Hector to headline and rock his old stomping ground, London. The Mexican native, who’s also released on Mobilee and Phonica, will be tearing it up on the decks, delivering his tidy selection of upfront beats and bumps.
They’ll be backed up on the turntables with Channel Zoo’s able band of residents including Gow, Nic & Kaleb and Michael James as they lay down their intelligent sounds alongside their party ethos; which has made The Zoo Project one of the most talked about and must-hit parties in recent years.
London connoisseur party brand and upcoming record label Zombie Soundsystem will be joining this edition of Junk Department and taking over the second room - a welcomed addition and perfect compliment to the Zoo Project - giving two powerful rooms of music at no extra cost... Stalwarts Shane Watcha and Raymundo Rodriguez will be heading up the procession supported by a plethora of Zombies to ensure the music winds up and down at an equally complimentary level...
The NYD showcase at Fabric tore the roof off, and with this party being the only 2011 date since, it’s not surprising so many people are talking about it being the hit date of the Summer.
