Fuse’s anniversary! Instead of receiving presents, we’ll give our fans a nice one.
It the main room we have Adam Beyer who will be coming over from Sweden to make this evening a real birthday bash.
Beyer travels around the world as a spokesman for the blossoming techno scene in Sweden playing in the best clubs and headlining big festivals.
With his dj set he’ll do the same as with his own productions, deliver premium quality techno, directly aimed at the dancefloor and your legs.
Deg is our resident at service who will warm you up properly to make sure you don’t pull any muscles when Adam starts.
On the second floor we have someone quite special in store for you.
Levon Vincent isn’t a man of many words, and prefers to let his music do the talking.
When asked about his life he’ll quite simply tell you: “Moved to NY in 1983 at 8 years old. Introduced to DJing in the late 80s as a teenager, been DJing ever since.”
He doesn’t take time to bullsh*t around, and prefers to put his best effort into producing his own sound.
That sound, despite being house-based, though, is hard to pin down. It has a toughness to it that is finding fans in the techno community but in the meantime is charting a course towards a deep house that is equal parts darkness and light, simple and complex. And thus becoming one of the pioneers of the New York House scene.
And because we are walking on this line between House and Techno (and it’s our birthday) we’ve decided to throw in another dj that walks the line.
Motor City Drum Ensemble, with the obvious link to Detroit, brings those typical Jazz, Soul, Funk, Hiphop and House influences back to modern day house and techno.
With his impressive slew of stunning remixes and his mind blowing ‘Raw Cuts’ series, released on his own label “MCDE” he has made an enormous impact on House and Techno.
As it is our birthday, there is one person who just has to be there. Being part of Fuse since day 1, Fuse would not be Fuse without Pierre. He’ll make sure you party in style.
