June 19th sees the Discoteca welcome Chew The Fat! resident Foamo, set to bring his own brand of bass driven house music to Space's main room. From across the pond comes our favourite Dirtybird, Claude VonStroke and We Love favourite from time immemorial, Felix da Housecat. Island resident Jason Bye makes a change from his spiritual home of the Sunset Terrace to start proceedings with his tougher main room tunes.
The Terraza heralds the arrival of Groove Armada presenting their new concept for 2011. Red Light Sessions promises across the board sonic experimentation for this dex'n'fx audio-visual extravaganza and the first of six exclusive Terraza dates throughout summer. There's something of a 2020Vision takeover for the first part of the night, we recommend getting down early to catch Ralph Lawson, Moodymanc and a live terrace performance from 2020Soundsystem. Completing the room's lineup with his first of 4 shows is the ubiquitous Tensnake.
Elsewhere in the club you will find, Funkagenda, Jem Haynes and live percussion from Ian C on the Sunset Terrace. Disco Bloodbath is back on the island with Damon Martin, Bones and David Phillips in El Salon. Ryan O'Gorman's Burlington Project welcomes Borja S and Ruger for an Une label showcase in the Red Box. Balearic favourites Alfredo, Ian Blevins and Andy Carroll are taking control of the Premier Etage from dusk until dawn. Special mention must go to Mr Doris and his After Dark project bringing the funk with Quantic to the Sunset Terrace for the after-midnight project.
