The TV show is a weekly live audio & video broadcast focusing on the deeper end of electronic music and has so far hosted artists such as Delusions of Grandeur's Norm De Plume & Best Works' Andre Lodemann.
The main force behind OOFT Music is Ali Herron. Originally cutting his production chops with tracky edits and some early OOFT! remixes alongside The Revenge, Ali has been steadily building up his own studio over the last 5 years, putting out a series of deep, pitched-down house tracks on labels such as PPF, Hometaping Is Killing Music, Rememory, Wolf Music and his own Foto Recordings He will be joined by Rememory Music label head Esa Mervin Granger and residents Sahin Meyer (Best Works/Rememory Music).
The show will be broadcast over at www.deepabsurdum.com/basic-tv and if you live in London you can attend the soon-to-be-refurbished Horse & Groom in person every Sunday.

Esa Williams arrived in Glasgow three and a half years ago and since his relocation to Scotland from Cape Town, South Africa he has influenced various musical projects and events with his unique sounds.
DJing under the name Esa, making up part of the Sensu live act and producing music under the moniker Mervin Granger, it's fair to say that his is a face well known to many a discerning night owl. Following regular appearances at Subculture, McSorley's and the Red Bull Music Academy events he has a proven history of working with electronic music at almost every level. His involvement with Red Bull meant that he was the driving force behind bringing artists such as Kevin Saunderson, Josh Wink and Tony Lionni arrived in Glasgow for a series of performances, lectures and workshops.
His relationship with the Sub Club extends beyond being a regular in the booth at Subculture and pre-parties in McSorley's. He joined Sensu as part of their live act and performs alongside Junior Ingram and Barry Price.
Finally, 2010 heralds the launch of Esa's Rememory Music projects with releases from his own Mervin Granger moniker and exclusive remixes from The Revenge and OOFT! Music.
Esa also has a forthcoming release on FINA.

Just your average husband and wife duo from South Africa, trying to live out their dreams in Europe.
In December 2009 Linda & Shy Jacobs had their first record released 'World Cup 2010 South Africa' on Best Works Records. They have a release 'We Wanna Play Foreva feat Nathalie Claude' coming out on Rememory Music, remixed by Ooft and Esa.
