Following our epic 1st Birthday celebrations back in April, it's time to reopen the doors to our red light basement playground and throw our summer party!
We're honoured to be presenting STEVIE KOTEY, head honcho of the brilliant Bear Funk label and member of the legendary CHICKEN LIPS!! The group have earned themselves heroic status injecting cosmic goodness into underground music over the years, releasing on celebrated labels such as Strut, Kingsize, Azuli and Electric Minds, as well as Bear Funk and their other fantastic imprint: Lip Service. They're responsible for the timeless classic "He Not In", beauties including "Hot Love" and "Wind Ya Neck In", and their awesome mix of Headman's "It Rough" amongst many others. Expect glitzy disco balls, drum machines, electro funk and dubbed out space sounds: we are in for a real treat with Stevie at the controls.
We are also very proud to be featuring AL BRADLEY, head of the excellent 3am Recordings label and producer of quality deep and tech house under his Audiotonic and Chemical Warfare guises . 3am celebrate their 8th Birthday this summer and we're delighted to be hosting the London leg of their nationwide parties. After rocking our Leeds shindig last year at Stinky's Peephouse, the esteemed home of clubbing institution Back To Basics, we couldn't wait to get him back to join us at stereo sleaze on home turf in Shoreditch.
As always, we'll be giving out the latest edition of our CD series to the first 30 through the door so don't miss out - this is a particularly special one as the man himself has very kindly agreed to put together an exclusive mix for us - thank you Stevie!!
