- I AMTECHNO PRESENTS: 1605 + UMEK (ADE PREMIERE) 1605's history is short, yet explosive. The label started as Slovenian Techno giant UMEK's own pet project, but in a matter of just a few years it evolved into a sensation, a dancefloor trendsetter, and it is now one of the biggest and most influential Techno and Tech House labels in the world. However, if you ask UMEK, this is all just the tip of the iceberg. The time has come for the label to take on physical form via its own nights and there is no better place to launch them than at Europe's biggest electronic music event, Amsterdam Dance Event. In association with I amtechno, 1605 will pop the cherry of this year's newcomer among Amsterdam's impressive venues – De Balie.
