M.A.N.D.Y. is the illegitimate lovechild of German masterminds Patrick Bodmer and Philipp Jung, the realisation of a shared lifelong passion for the dancefloor. Along with their friends Booka Shade and DJ T, they are the founders of the much revered Berlin-based label Get Physical. Infamous for their effortless fusion of disco, electro-house and minimal tech, M.A.N.D.Y. took the world by storm with their 2005 collaboration with Booka Shade, Body Language, which won the highly coveted DJ Mag UK’s Track of the Year, with their compilation of the same name taking out the gong for Mix CD of the Year.
Not limited to outstanding original productions, M.A.N.D.Y. are also highly sought after for their remixing prowess, having leant their musical wizardry to a host of acts that read like an all-star cast of underground European music - The Knife, Tiefschwarz, Royksopp, The Klaxons and Fischerspooner.
