BunZero: aka: "the Freshness Provider" Bun-Zer0 has been DJing both in his native Belgium for over 15 years, and most recently internationally including performances at the legendary night FWD>> in London, as well as a three hour set in the USA. His interest in dubstep began after hearing early music from Horsepower Productions. In 2006, to spread his enthusiasm for this emerging sound, Bun began promoting nights at the Beursschouwburg, with a wide array of UK pioneers, including Skream, Youngsta, Loefah and Mark One. He also promoted some other nights with N-Type, Walsh and Dj Pinch as guests during the same period and he was the first one to book those artists in Belgium. As a DJ, Bun-Zer0 has supported many of the scene's top artists, and is one of the best known dubstep DJs outside of the UK. He is still in the top 10 worldwide best dubstep dj’s and best dubstep radio shows with his FOB slot on sub.fm according to dubstepforum awards in 2010. http://bunzer0.blogspot.com/ Awanto 3: aka: Steven de Peven" The beginning; born on Christmas Eve 1974 in the Belgian town of Leuven. His Flemish family moves to the windy north of Holland in 1982. There, surrounded by the musical talent of his family and inspired by his uncle’s drive-in shows and the early 80’s graffiti movement, he grows up to become an all round artist: “Steven de Peven”. At the age of 20 he decides to abandon an education in graphic design in favour of his turntables. Ever since he’s embraced a wide variety of musical styles: jazz, latin, soul, gypsy, electro, disco, techno, house, hip-hop; whatever good and classical music......... Steven settles down in Amsterdam in the mid-nineties, making a name for himself attending regular nights at clubs like Vaaghuyzen and the Mazzo, and starting his own record label “Zephons Mom”. The label releases records by various artists such as Mocky, Aardvarck, Kid Sublime and Samuel Pling. Steven also sets up the electro-orientated Klakson label during this time, together with Steffi and Dexter. In his role as master and host of festivities Steven shows to have a keen eye for talent. His regular club nights feature artists like the now famous Zuco 103, kid Sublime, Chili Gonzales, Peaches, Mocky and others with whom he cooperates for his label. One of the acts on Stevens regular nights is his crew “PiPS:lab”. Eventually, he gives them the opportunity to experiment with installations and guerrilla-acts. A new family is born. His club nights are not the only way Steven uses his DJ skills, and for a while he’s also the resident DJ for the New Cool Collective. Together with Kid Sublime and Aardvarck, Steven founds Rednosedistrikt, a DJ/producers collective. in Coorperation with Rushhour (www.rushhour.nl), Kindred Spirits and Dox Records have now put out three albums and a range of 12-inches and remixes.
