- What is Impulse? Nothing short of your monthly dose of incredible electronic dance music delivered by the University of Michigan's top DJ's, presented in a friendly nightclub environment. Come join us in Necto's "Red Room" this Thursday Sep. 8th to hear everything from dubstep to minimal techno. We're looking forward to seeing some new faces from the incoming freshman class - remember that this event is 18+!! This Impulse is a highlighter party, so everyone wears white tees, and you use highlighter markers to write all over each other. It's a great way to make new friends and you'll glow all awesome-like under the blacklights. Lineup: Rob Self (Electro House) Taylor Caldron (Minimal) Grant Waddell (House) Sonya Zarkhin (Tech House) Kyle Marcum (Trance) Doors open at 9pm. 18+ for entry, 21+ to drink. $2 vodka drinks and Miller Light all night. Females free before 11:30 with college ID.
