Saturday October 15th at The Warehouse is the date for Leeds' first Grenade Records Showcase with Micky Slim, Stupid Fresh, Jackinori, Dale Castell and many more all playing.
If you like your beats BIG and Your Bass even Bigger, there'll be one name on your lips this Year: Grenade Face. Put together by a crack team of industry guru - ninjas, this label has launched in style this year, filling clubs to the brim for their launch parties and Releasing huge tracks from some of the biggest and baddest names in dance music.
The label is the brain child of party animals: Stupid Fresh and Jackinori, or Tod and Ash to their Mums, who claim their venture in to the world of label management is due to the lack of 'Substance' in today's club music. Between them the pair have had massive support over the years by the likes of Moby, The Crookers and Doorly to name a just a few and they're now ready to cross swords and enter the affray with their own selection of new and seasoned talent from across the globe.
"Doing this was the natural progression..." claim's label co-owner Tod. "Any mug can set up a label in this day and age so we thought sod it, why not. There's so much sh*t around at the moment so we thought we'd add a few nuggets of our own to this potty we call 'the dance scene' and get some of these kids hooked on the smell"

Meanwhile room two - the upstairs Loft - will come alive with the sounds of Blinded by The Groove who invite Maff Boothroyd, Gav Jenks, Ethan Mcnamara and more to play all night long.
The Warehouse is now very much back on track with new light and killer FUnktion One sound. Make sure you come check out the already legendary space if you haven't already...
