After the success of the first Kidda album, ‘Going Up’ which included the Herve remix of ‘Under The Sun’ (one of the biggest dance tracks of 2008), Kidda took a step back, released a remix album ‘Go Up To Get Down’, and now has a brand new long player to unleash on the world! ‘Hotel Radio’ is more pop than dance with radio-friendly three-minute pop anthems that zing with joie de vivre alongside your Daft Punk dancefloor fillers. The first single ‘Wanna Be Loved’ was released August 1 featuring remixes from Stupid Fresh and Benji Boko.

Flash Atkins and 2 Billion Beats present: Paper Recordings
PAPER kicked off in 1994, leading the upsurge in popularity of UK house music within an underground scene previously dominated by a soundtrack from US cities like Chicago, Detroit and New York. The label's Robodisco nights at Sankeys are the stuff of legend and it's safe to say that Paper was, and is one of the world’s most treasured record companies.
The label's back catalogue is now available digitally as well as a slew of new releases from the relaunched and revitalised label. The paper sound of deep house and disco is coming loud and clear in 2011 from Norways Proviant Audio, The Treatment and Ralph Myerz, Flash Atkins, 2 Billion Beats, Daco, Jamie L and Sleazy McQueen. .

Shake Aletti (Moda)
Shake Aletti’s music shows a real understanding of 70s and 80s references. Drawing inspiration from disco, p-funk, electro and pop, they sound like an independent supergroup consisting of members of Chromeo and Hot Chip advised by Jimmy Edgar and Sébastien Tellier. The second half of their name refers to Vince Aletti, the famous American music journalist, who greatly deserves credit for his early writing about disco music. The duo kicked off in 2010 with prestigious gigs like their performance on the main stage of the Sónar Festival and a nationwide tour with Fenech-Soler. Their new single ‘Inside Out’ is accompanied with remixes from the massive In Flagranti and His Majesty Andre. Not to be missed!

Linton Brown (Skint)
It's been a massive year so far for Linton with remixes for the likes of Kelis, Crookers and the classic Seamus Haji version of 'Take Me Away', as well as original productions being released on labels such as Skint and Ninjatune, not to mention 'Bloodline' featuring on Generation Dubstep. His tracks have been getting regular plays from a wide range of DJs from plus coverage on Radio 1, 1Xtra, Kiss, and Rinse FM. A really exciting young talent who's guaranteed to rock the basement.

PoP Campaign (Carp)
Originally from Glasgow but now based in Germany, PoP Campaign have become a favourite with the Berlin hipsters. This is largely thanks to their innovative parties that take place in all sorts of interesting locations such as abandoned ex-breweries and public parks. Their DJ sets are an eclectic mash up of acid house, Italo-disco, British synth-pop, kraut-rock and post punk and their animated live show has been developed as an answer to what they think is a trend of mundane artists staring at their laptop whist claiming to be performing 'live'. Their debut single Herzlich Willkommen/Schadenfreude was released on Carp and got props from the likes of Steve Lamaq.

CRAIG TORRANCE (Mood Music)
Craig's deep sets, complemented by enticing melodies and techy beats, have already graced some of the world’s greatest clubs, from Fabric and The Arches to Berlin’s Panorama Bar. He has had tracks out on Moodmusic, 4:Twenty and Darkroom Dubs and has numerous house music bombs set to be released later this year. Resident at Southampton's Junk Club, Craig can span the entire spectrum of electronic music, from deep disco to full on techno. If you'd like to hear a mix of the latter check out his recent offering for Soul Claps 'The Adventures of ...' podcast. It's pretty special!
