Home is where the heart is, and our heart definitely belongs to Libertine Supersport. This year, to end up 2011 and start 2012 on the right tone, we decided to invite you in our home to celebrate an unforgettable intimate night. And as New Year’s Eve is a party to celebrate between friends, all the djs Maison will play along with 3 of their pals who also are 3 major international artists.
Artists who have marked the year, who have showed us love and support through their performances at LS, artists in whom we truly believe. From our DJ booth to the international electronic scene, those very special personalities have left their mark, steadily paving their way to the top of today’s acts. When this news popped up, those 3 artists in order to celebrate new year's eve under the same roof cancelled all their plans and will be at LS, all together in an explosion of joy and harmony. Our first guest is our dear friend Brodinski. Touring all over the world, 2011 was a very prolific year for him. After blowing our heads off with the acclaimed release of his Fabric Live 60 mix, he launched his own imprint Bromance. On the first release, we find mister 'A&R' Brodinski himself alongside with another french upcomer banging producer, Gesaffelstein. As we hate to tear families apart, we decided to book the latter as our second guest for this special night. Gesaffelstein got internationally known through releases on Tiga's record label Turbo and definitly rose this year. Influenced by dark electronic music and being pushed by 'la creme de la creme' he founded the record label The Zone alongside with the Hacker. Playlisted and charted by major international producers, he delivered massive remixes for Cassius, Miss Kittin, Sei A and more. His music is highlighting the best elements from techno to EBM oriented electro which he's using as tools designed to create a disctinctive closed aural universe. Raw, cutting edge and precise, we are definitly looking forward to hear the Bromance Sound in full effect. Can you picture this? Our beloved residents challenging themselves to deliver the finest house music to be joined by Brodinski and Gesaffelstein, pushing the limits further and... “ Oh my god, where did the time go ? Already 4am... but... Am I wrong... is it... ?! [holding breath]“ No, you are not wrong, Champagne is not playing tricks on you (well, not yet..) you are in LS, january the first 2012 and Agoria just showed up getting prepared for a special 4 hours set. Magic it is, magic it's gonna be. Agoria delivered one of the best album of the year, Impermanence setting tracks such as 'Speechless' to a worldwide anthem level. He imposed himself through more than 12 years of hyper activity as a genuine master composer and a trully skilled DJ taking extra care of the audience showing strengh and tactfullness. He's bewitching the crowd, beatmatching on heart pace, leading feet and bodies into a general frenziness, breaking barriers and pushing forwards boundaries. We gave him complete ‘carte blanche’ for a 4 hours DJ set, litterally bringing us 'in his own house'. Ladies and gentlememan, friends and lovers, no need to wipe your feet. No need to ring. No need to take off your hat. Because this is YOUR house too. Let's gather altogether and close the year in a complete osmosis, carving a never ending smile on our face for the whole coming year.
