Topping the bill is none other than the king of the bumpty Bump, Chicago’s finest Derrick Carter, a man set to start the next twelve months in the same emphatic fashion he has ended these in. This year he re-launched his seminal imprint Classic with a slew of parties and digitally enhanced beats, toured across the globe and even found time to showcase his love of disco and song based funk with a series of special Derrick does disco dammit events. Support for Derrick comes in the shape of Jesse Rose, fresh off his recently Made for Night mini documentary and mix compilation, brings his own skewered house sound as does Leftroom records lynchpin Matt Tolfrey.
