DiscoPhobia & Stitch with Christopher Rau (Smallville/Pampa)
Two small open minded East London electronic music parties untite in one for this event and welcome Christopher Rau on their decks in an intimate setting of Questionmark Bar in Stoke Newington. Christopher who usually can be found mesmerising large dance floors will be playing this small, intimate gig in a cosy basement of the Questionmark Bar supported by residents of Discophobia and Stitch.
CHRISTOPHER RAU (Smallvile/Pampa)
DJ, producer and a Live Act. Originally from Bavaria Chris now lives and works in Hamburg. He's no stranger to the deep house scene, his local hangouts involve the well respected Smallville Records run by local DJ Lawrence.
Christopher first cut his teeth on production in 2000 a hip hop style before he moved to Hamburg in 2009 and changed his focus to more four four beats; subsequently setting up with 2 friends small house and techno label Derive and getting involved with local record shop and label Smallville.
Rau presents us a beautiful example of deep house music. It lives up to its name and creates an extremely relaxed vibe. It suits every emotion, a solid deep bass line sets the path whilst a charming jazzy sample brings you down to a dreamy and elicit vibe.
To date he is spreading his wings having released his deep intoxicating grooves on prestigious catalogues of Pampa,Ethereal, Laid, and Cathedral Sounds and taking flight around the world on the club circuit as the records spread the good word of his smoothly toned analog house sound.

Simao Ferreira (Reworck/Stitch)
Simao Ferreira is London based DJ/Producer and promoter of East Londn party Stitch. Having released several EPs on underground labels such as Moonbeam Digital, he's become an established DJ in the London underground scene playing in clubs around the city, including Plastic People, Pacha or on his very own night, Stitch. You can find him every monday night at www.housebox.pt, where he has his weekly radio show at 10pm.

Monika Ross (`Serialism-Uberbeat Records- Melt Music )
Originating from Sydney, Monika has been engulfed in the electronic music scene since 2000.
Being at the forefront of underground deep and tech house she began establishing a name for herself playing at intimate clubs involved with Sydney's intricate scene. It was during this time that Monika got involved in radio and landed a slot hosting and producing `Frequency’, FBI Radio’s Friday night electronic show.
Fresh on the scene both behind the decks and on the air her innovative style and approach to broadcasting proved to have an infectious effect on her listeners both on the air and in the clubs.
Since residing in London in 2008, she soon established herself within London’s growing music scene. The east’s magnetic culture along with the discovery of ambitious London artists and Labels proved to be a substantial influence on her music.
Monika Ross’s mixing style is marked by deep, percussive and diverse sounds with soulful bass lines and unique vocal elements.

Tomee (DiscoPhobia)
Tomas Karkalas aka Tomee have always had strong affinity for music. His first major exposure to electronic music was through his introduction to Sutemos.net netlabel, a mixture of ldm/ambient/dub/techno sound and in particularly Intelligent Toys compilations caused a dependence on sound that later in life grew into severe addiction.
Tom's introduction to large scale raves happened when he set his foot in London with his introduction to warehouse parties and big clubs . But it was Fabric that had a major influence on his evolving music taste.
Besides having started his DJing career relatively recently he already found himself playing in MOS, Aquarium and CAMP in East London.
Tom's music style is diverse from deep hypnotic house , nu disco to underground , broken beat electronica..
Tom is currently a resident for Love Asylum and DiscoPhobia.
