- Coming off the back of our amazing weekender at Egg London and XOYO, the Codekontrol Crew are now finally recovered and ready to bring you more of what you want, but this time at Relay, the sister club of the brilliant Cable!! You asked for it... so here you all go..! Codekontrol are here to give you yet another 'Fix' of the music we all love so much. Along side our ever impressive team of residents, not only do we have the superb Unai Trotti playing for us yet again (we love him and we know you do too because you tell us!!) but on top of that we also have one of Cocoons family joining us for some March time fun. Carry on reading y'all :) Markus Fix [Cocoon//Cecille] Everything has started for Markus Fix with a gift of his brother in 1992, a Behringer 3 channel mixer. Kraftwerk, Yello and Off belonged to the artists who opened his creativity and his ears for the electronic dance music. In 1994 he visited for the first time the Omen in Frankfurt where Sven Väth, DJ Dag and Frank Lorber this did what DJ's for one good evening have to act. Two years later he put into action his won inspirations, in the end, in the decks. In 2000 Markus and two DJ's friends founded the "project 2000" and started in parallel as Resident in the Frankfurt stage bar "Helium". Appearances followed at different Locations as well as a much notable residence in the U60311, where he was left free run to his musical passion. His music style changed, however, the tacts stayed the same. At the moment are labels in his record-suitcase like Perlon, raummusik and Tuning Spork. Up to 2004 Markus Fix visited the clubs in Frankfurt still under the pseudonym " J.R.Fix junior ". Meanwhile Markus played with the top Dj´s DJ T., Tiefschwarz, Dominik Eulberg, Loco Dice, Tobi Neumann, Ewan Pearson, Martin Landsky, Dinky, Troy Pierce, Vera, Dorian Paic, Chris Titjen and many more. Unai Trotti [Release Sustain//Cartuli's Day] Dj & producer Unai Trotti always had an innate passion for electronic music. Born in Bilbao but lived in Madrid, while being a teenager he begins to focus on the electronic music (support "cassette") and shares a number of sessions between his circle of friends. At the age of 13 years, acquiring his first turntables and his introduction to the world of vinyl, Unai starts to buy a large number of vinyl in the world of underground artists such as Depeche Mode, Richie Hawtin, Jeff Mills, Carl Craig, Derrick May, etc., and types of music electronic Techno, Tech-House, Deep, etc.. In London Unai starts to work as waiter in the famous Café1001. It is here where he met Altino Fernandes (aka KID AM) and joins Brickbeat collective. Brickbeat is a group of DJs, VJs and free thinkers sharing the love for the music beats, founded by Altino fernandes and Gabriel Pereira in 2004, famous for bringing new talented artists and famous international guests to its parties.
