'The Spirit Dance' is a four part series of ‘not for profit’ parties held in different venues around Europe over twelve months. All the funds raised will be going to charities offering help and support to people at grass roots level.
Part 1 features The Autobots. Stalwarts of the breaks scene, the guys have been tearing up clubs and festivals with their heavy basslines for the best part of a decade, including performances at Reading, Glastonbury, and the WMC in Miami, to name but a few. Tracks released on their record label, 'Broke', are regularly played on Radio 1 and championed by the likes of Zane Lowe.
Vandal will be making the trip over the Pennines to play for us once again. If you missed him in 2009 when he played alongside Lady Waks and Aquasky, don't make the same mistake twice ... It was filth!
We are also really pleased to announce that Herbie Saccani will be joining the line up. An absolute legend of the Manchester scene, Herbie has been keeping us entertained since the early 90’s, and with that in mind will be treating us to a classic breaks session to mark his Naughty Panda debut!
After enjoying his set at the after party for the 'EMC' back in May, we have asked Tommmy Evans back to play for us once again, alongside our resident booty breaks maestro, Chris K
