The sixth edition of the successful „back to back“ compilation series from Berlin club label mobilee is solely ruled by Pan-Pot this time around. With recent catchy tunes such as „Captain My Captain“ and „Confronted“, the bustling, ultra-creative duo played, mixed and produced their way into the hearts of countless party people. One-of-a-kind events are defined by burning fans worshiping under the charm and virtuosity from the big stage as Pan-Pot shines through the club music mishmash.
The first CD summarizes Pan-Pot's music and track history with mobilee while an unreleased glimpse of their creative output takes over the second CD: a melody of past releases taken apart and manufactured through exclusive tracks, loops and sound splinters creating a compelling music piece.
In order to justify the manifold aspects of the Pan-Pot phenomenon between sound research and party frenzy, the new compilation release comes complete with an elaborately produced DVD. MTV director Sebastian Radlmeier follows the duo on a 12-month tour through Europe’s most crucial clubs and festivals inviting viewers behind the scenes through a magical experience.
The tour document is an artist portrait capturing the interviews of key-scene figures and techno-activists as Tassilo Ippenberger and Thomas Benedix travel through pivotal places and reflect on past memories that led up to their big career success.
Over 13,000 viewers have already previewed the online trailer - the next techno mega-film after „Drei Tage Wach“ and „Berlin Calling“. The compilation-DVD package is indefinitely fan memorabilia or perhaps even a gateway drug.

Die sechste Folge der erfolgreichen „mobilee back to back“ Compilation-Serie vom Berliner Club-Label mobilee steht voll und ganz im Zeichen von Pan-Pot. Das unermüdliche, ultrakreative Produzenten-Duo hat sich mit Ohrwürmern wie „Captain My Captain“ oder „Confronted“ in die Herzen der Party People gespielt. Zahllose glühende Fans machen ihre Auftritte zu einem einzigartigen Ereignis. Der Charme und die Virtuosität, mit der sie immer größere Bühnen bespielen, lässt sie aus dem Tagesgeschehen der Clubmusik herausstechen.
Auf der ersten CD fasst mobilee den Output des vergangenen Jahres zusammen. Auf der zweiten CD werfen Pan-Pot einen bisher ungekannten Blick auf ihr eigenes Schaffen: Ein Medley, in dem die beiden Musiker ihre bisherigen Veröffentlichungen auseinander nehmen und mit exklusiven Tracks, Loops und Soundsplittern zu einem neuartigen, bezwingenden Stück Musik verarbeiten.

Der für MTV tätige Regisseur Sebastian Radlmeier hat das Duo zwölf Monate lang durch die entscheidenden Clubs und Festivals Europas begleitet. So wird die Magie, mit der Pan-Pot das Feierpublikum verzaubern, erfahrbar. In dieser Tourdoku, die zugleich Künstlerportrait ist, kommen neben Pan-Pot die maßgeblichen Figuren der Szene zu Wort, um den Werdegang der Techno-Aktivisten Revue passieren zu lassen. So ist das liebevoll gestaltete Package Fanartikel und Einstiegsdroge zugleich.
