- Ricardo Villalobos and Max Loderbauer, two of the most creative musicians of the German minimal electronic scene, share an interest for the legendary ECM label, a Munich based label, founded in 1969 and referential when it comes to outsider jazz. Using the ECM recordings as a starting point, the duo created a new music blending improvisation and composition and gave life to the Re :ECM album. Not only a musical lifting but a total reediting of the creations of radical musicians at the verge of jazz, contemporary music and world music. The Re : ECM live is an exclusive creation in France for Nuits sonores 2012.
