THE DATE returns for it's second special event on one of the biggest party dates in this year's calendar. Taking place on Sunday June 3rd on the long Jubilee Bank Holiday and returning to the amazing Loft Studios in West London ( http://www.loftstudios.co.uk/studios.php )
The first sell out party there worked a treat and with extra sound and visuals for the June all day session it's going to look, feel and sound even better. Headlining the house loft with be New Jersey legend Kerri Chandler who has without doubt become the World's most in demand deep house dj. Kerri effortlessly joins the dots between the long standing soulful house of 20 years and the modern deep house sound of Ibiza's Circo Loco where he now holds down a residency. Kerri will be playing a full 6 hours adding live keys and vocals to his set.
The Date will always present a legendary house dj in an amazing setting on a quality sound system. The first one in March with Tony Humphries sold out in advance and was for many the party of the year so far. The disco courtyard will bump to the early evening selections of Tim Keenoy, Dave Jarvis, Si Kurrage and Mr Shiver before sunset and moving indoors to the downstairs room where you'll find Psychemagik doing their disco/Balearic thing. The Psychemagik boys have been responsible for some of today's most sought after re-edits, recently reworking Talking Heads, Wang Chung and Harold Melvin with great aplomb. Also in the courtyard our friends at www.wingsandco.co.uk will be serving up tasty chicken n chilli for the afternoon. There will also be drink and cd giveaways for early arrivals. It all adds up to London's hottest ticket for the long bank holiday and a party truly fit for a Jubilee!
Please be aware there were no tickets available on the door at the first Date as all sold out in advance and the same is expected for this even bigger event.
