- A Party for the People by the People Cartel's unique night hosts an all day and night party at Easter Sunday over 3 event spaces at one of the best new spaces in Manchester : Islington Mill. There will also be an outdoor element to the party in the daytime with Cartel making full use of the Outdoor Courtyard at the mill with a Funktion One sound system installed for the day. Cartel is ran by Compadres that initially signed up to the event who in turn vote for all the aspects of every event they run from flyer design, DJ line ups right through to where and when it is.
