In association with Future Everything festival Faktion will present Tri Angle Records' UK-based attaches at Islington Mill, Salford.
Holy Other and Vessel will both perform live sets. The Haxan Cloak and LIE will perform Live/DJ sets. There will be special guests, too.
In a very short space of time, and under the curation of XXJFG contributor Robin Carolan, Tri Angle Records has become THE pre-eminent imprint for zeitgeist-setting sonics. They've released some of the most startling debuts of recent years, courtesy of o0o00, Balam Acab, Ayshay, Holy Other, and Clams Casino, setting a precedent miscegenous aesthetic of mainstream R&B and Pop sensibilities with more searching, underground tastes.
Holy Other: He's only released one EP proper, but that record was more than enough to grab the world's attention. This will be Holy Other's debut Manchester show, and his first in the North for that matter.

The Haxan Cloak: Bobby Krlic made an indelible impact upon 2011 with his meticulously constructed and compelling debut album. His sound has been likened to those of Demdike Stare and Raime, but it's still relatively in its infancy and now signed to Tri Angle we can only imagine where it's going next.

Vessel: As a member of the Young Echo Collective alongside Kahn, Zhou and El Kid, Sebastien Gainsborough aka Vessel is at the vanguard of the Bristol Bass/Electronics nexus. His acclaimed releases for Left Blank and Astro:Dynamics were enough to warrant Tri Angle snapping up his imminent debut album.

LIE: The musical persona of Tri Angle bossman Robin Carolan will perform one of his first live/DJ sets for us. We can't tell you much about LIE apart from that his debut release is easily one of 2012's most anticipated.
