- You just cannot keep a dope party down. That's why, for the third year running, Beatsworkin returns to the capital of Catalonia for their biggest Sonar off party yet. What started off in a small club has grown, rapidly, into one of the highlights of the Sonar Off calendar... This year, we're thinking big. Did you know that Barcelona harbours numerous castles. Some secret (some not so). In the peak of Barcelona's summer, al fresco clubbing is just too hard to beat. Even with a big stick. That's why, this year, Beatsworkin are taking over a secret castle. Seriously! It's just 15 mins from the city centre. It's got the most breathtaking views. It's got a mad sound system. It's got superb deep and tech house DJs. It's even got an outdoor jacuzzi. I for one am VERY VERY EXCITED! The line up includes: *COLIN DALE, a pioneer of house and techno who has rocked dance floors all over the world for more than 30 years... *PETE DAFEET, head honcho of the superb Lost My Dog Records, who's been jetting off all over the world taking his old school deep sound to the 4 corners of the globe. *BEATSWORKIN, -(co-owners of Two Forks records, and Big Brighton Promoters) *ROB PEARSON (owner of the mighty Evasive records) *KIRSTIN SEES (Area 38/Evasive records) *NAJAN WARD, co-owner of the aforementioned Lost My Dog Records *LUKE MCKEEHAN Nordic Trax label head. Steadily established as a true innovator in the world of house music. With over 70 releases spanning the past 15 years. *A>D>D (Lost My Dog, tabula rasa) join us again after rocking our Beatsworkin Sonar party last year. We're also delighted to have support from DJs on BEATSWORKIN'S brand new label 'Two Forks Records' roster (which has its first official release 'Zakopane' out later this month, with a remix by Saytek!) Completing the line-up will be Craig Rogan from Junk, James Harrison (Two Forks) and Barcelona's Kls Beats (Ababol) in what will be a superb 12 hour party which will start on the terrace before moving indoors after the sun sets. Expect quality house music all night, starting deep and getting techier as the night wears on. So to summarise: 1) It's in a castle. In Barcelona. In summer. 2) There's an incredible line up of DJs, all with esteemed house credentials. 3) There's even hourly pick ups from Can Zam Metro station to the castle (which is only 15 minutes from the city centre). As you would imagine, tickets for such a superb party are limited. Extremely limited. The final few early bird tickets are available on RA for 5 euros. Price increases to £10 once these are gone. There will be Hourly transfers picking people up from Can Zam Metro station Can Zam, it is the last stop on the L9 Orange line. - . The transfers will be just a few euros per person each way.
