Ah, Sonar 2012, land of sweat, exorbitant taxi fares and guest list blunder. We all know we wouldn’t be going if it weren’t for the marvellous Off Sonar Parties with friends, pools of drinks and one or two nice ... nipples ... ehm ... other things. Fret not, Dirty Harry has got you covered: This year, Harry Klein Bookings are teaming up with their über-dear friends ReSolute from New York and Barcelona’s very own and very adorable Just Wax people.
ReSolute, notorious for their NY Warehouse parties and toxic tours of the Hudson River will be importing their residents Elon, Connie and Francesco Tedeschi, escorted by Alexi Delano, Konrad Black and long time friend DJ T.
Harry Klein Bookings chain ganged a big part of the roster, bringing over Franco Cinelli, Dario Zenker, Jeremy P Caulfield, Cesare vs Disorder, Julietta and ANA as well as their favourite flying dutch-man: Boris Werner.
And while Resolute and Harry are playing it out back to back on floor number one, recombining and generating all kinds of new bliss, sweat and sprained ankles, Just Wax will be busy serving you connoisseurs on a vinyl-only floor two featuring Tobi Neumann and a host of friends and local heroes. Split personalities FTW in this setting – we certainly can’t make up our mind on which floor to ruin our new years resolution of self-restraint.
So on 16th of June 2012 the triumphant trio will take over Centric Club (just two steps away from Plaza Catalunya – Less taxi fare = More fun!), a gorgeous location with mind boggling sound pressure. Knowing Harry and friends, über-glitz-floor-decoration is a given, but for all of us, the greatest floor adornment will be you having a great time, so head over to Resident Advisor and grab your ticket (rubber nipple-savers sold separately)
