Ghettotech crusader DJ Godfather's been flying the flag since 1996, keeping things gritty, dirty and nasty (but not too nasty) at 150bpm. Godfather's style mirrors the approach of some of his city's pioneers - Jeff 'The Wizard' Mills and The Electrifying Mojo - who freely mixed many genres of music, as long as they came from a certain 'place'. Godfather is a DJ recognized equally for his ability to drop a set of either electro, hip-hop, or booty, DJ Godfather eventually reached the point in the late '90s where he could integrate each of these often clashing sounds into the same set, a quickly mixed collage of bass-heavy beats. In addition to his role as a mind-blowing DJ unwilling to stick with conventional techniques, Godfather also managed to release a substantial canon of work on the Twilight 76 label and its spin-off, Databass, which also illustrated his diverse taste in bass music

After a great year of releases Dublin based electro producer DeFeKt makes a long awaited return to Tenth Planet for his first DJ SET having shown us a ‘Live’ thing or two on several occasions. Matt has been a tireless advocate of true electro over the last number of years, steadily honing his hardware based sound that has earned him a devoted domestic fanbase, and admirers all through the electro community. DeFeKt is one of Dublin’s most promising electro producers with a modular live set that always delivers in his capable hands. He has a deep bag of electro cuts that he’s promised to bring along.
