It's mighty hard to believe that it's been three whole years since we started TURRBOTAX®, but it's the doggone truth.
Since 2009 we've thrown over 50 parties; hosted over 80 guest DJs, bands and live performers from all over the world; given away about, 5000 free beers; and, spent roughly 300 hours with all you lovely, people. Forging new friendships, strengthening old bonds, dancing till after the lights come on, banning crying, and not having any kind of cell phone reception whatsoever all at what URB declares the "most lauded and eccentric monthly events in New York"
It's all been very magical and we are incredibly lucky to have spent the last three years raving with you all.
This year's birthday celebration is one of the most stacked lineups we have ever concocted.
JAM CITY: We are honored to welcome Night Slugs mainstay to New York for the first time ever. Since we started our party his tunes have always been heavily in rotation at TURRBOTAX®, so what a fitting guest to join us at our third birthday.
IKONIKA: It's also our great pleasure to have over the incredibly talented,Hyperdub recording artist, Hum + Buzz CEO and all around bad-gyal in from London for her long overdue first appearance at TURRBOTAX®, we're beyond excited.
DJ ONEMAN: We're super stoked to welcome back one of the most accomplished and talented DJ's of our era. You may know him from his ultra-hot RinseFM radio show or remember his legendary appearance with BenUFO last year at TURRBOTAX®. Hot on the heels of his much lauded FabricLive mix cd, Oneman will burn down the sound system.
As always our stable of razor sharp resident DJ's: Contakt, Rem Koolhaus,Mayster, C-Sick and Space Jam will be throwing down along side our esteemed guests.
