- Until 08am Twin Sister hosts the Official Brick Lane Music Festival 2012 Afterparty at Cafe 1001. Alex Jones (Hypercolour), Betoko (Diynamic), Sinner (SMYHD) and CANARY FONTAINE & ZIPPY (Serialism, Puppet Parade) will provide you with an all night crazy party hosted by the Twin Sister crew! Line-Up Alex Jones (Hypercolour) The co-creator of the infamous Hypercolour/Glass Table/Losing Suki labels, Alex Jones is a name that is rightly associated with unerring quality regardless of genre boundaries. As a producer, Jones takes huge risks – combining disparate sounds and grooves into tracks that achieve a rare characteristic in most house and techno, uniqueness. His off kilter, sometimes challenging but always enduring output has seen him release for XL Recordings, No.19, Turbo, Glimpse and Kindisch while releases for his beloved Hypercolour continue to impress critics and fans alike. Hypercolours holds influential artists like Groove Armada , Mosca, Glimpse, Tom Demac and Tedd Edwards. Much as his personality is echoed in his work as a producer, his DJ workshares many of the same broad tropes. From beginnings as a resident at the legendary Big Beat Boutique alongside an emerging Radio Slave in the nineties, searching for new and different music has become an almost religion like obsession - a fixation that has seen him regularly welcomed into Fabric, The End and countless other notable clubs over the years. http://www.hypercolour.co.uk/artists/alex-jones Betoko (Diynamic) Betoko aka Beto Cohen was born in Mexico and in 2002 he moved to London in pursuit of greater challenges as he discovers his passion for electronic sounds. Along with a place on the list amongst other esteemed DJ’s on Mar-t’s (Amnesia Ibiza) label, Wow! Records, his solid productions demonstrate his distinctive style & approach. Described as Tech, minimal, House, the lengthy production catalog Betoko holds up against his name has seen the releases championed & play listed by DJ’s M.A.N.D.Y, Gregor Tresher, Martinez, Steve Lawler, Dubfire, Sven Vath and Marco Carola, to name a few and his tracks have been featured on TV Series like CSI, several Advertising Campaigns and Madonna's Sticky N Sweet Tour and CD / DVD. Since being in London, he has introduced the "Show Me Your Hard Drive" project that encourages producers and dj's to push the technology further and use it for their dj sets. Part of the eclectic Late Night Rites crew, SINNER has been gaining more and more fans each gig he does so expect a highly original set; a vibe that is both hypnotic and trippy and will definitely keep you glued to our dancefloor. CANARY FONTAINE & ZIPPY (Serialism, Puppet Parade)- Canary Fontaine’s (aka Ollie Silva) Dj’ing, alongside co-conspirer Zippy has taken them all over the world and seen them play alongside some of the industry’s most admired Dj’s.
