One of Sheffield’s bubbliest exports, Toddla T, has gone from humble roots working in trainer shops and making dancehall mixtapes in his bedroom to releasing albums on Ninja Tune and we’re super proud to be able to host the London leg of his The Toddla T Sound tour. Joined by a light and visual show and vocalists Serocee, MC DRS and Shola Ama, this live show bridges the gaps between Toddla’s DJ sets and his duo of albums, providing the first real opportunity for Toddla to present his own material on the live stage. Support in Room One comes from Koan Sound, the Scratch Perverts, fellow steel city magnate DJ Q and Kito.
Room Two hosts the faster tempos of the Friday night spectrum with Ram signings Loadstar topping a drum & bass bill that features jungle don and the man behind the Valve soundsystem, Dillinja alongside Ed Rush, Artificial Intelligence, The Prototypes and Macpherson.
DJ Cameo’s Roadblock event returns to the mezzanine level with another array of fresh talent and breaking artists. Grime leviathan, D Double E, joins Cameo to host his set whilst Ras Kwame’s Orange Hill Soundsystem join Stinkahbell, Mike Delenquent and Melody Kane on the Room Three bill.
