- Two parties separated by 3000 miles. NYC meets BRC: All Disorient. On Friday August 31, LET GO (NYC) and D12ORIENT (BRC) will be raging simultaneously. Come be a part of this historic event as we allow our collective energies to transcend physical space and connect Disorienters on both sides of the country. Over a decade ago something special was created from nothing. With this came an awakening of self, deeper connection to community, our surroundings, and an awareness of potential. We gave up fear. We shed ego. We let go of the past. We unlearned how it was supposed to be. We stopped believing in obstacles. We let go of blame. We wrote our own stories ... Created adventures ... Defined our worlds ... Became present to the present ... And gifted the world with our presence. This energy can't be contained to a single space, time or person. In NYC: We will meet on the middle of the dancefloor and ... LET GO of ego; LET GO of fear; LET GO of expectations; LET GO of jealousy; LET GO of anger; LET GO of habits; LET GO of art; LET GO of Self. Make room for the future. Make room for the new.
