We turn 6 with a very special dual headlining double bill.
Having burst onto the scene with 'Fram' (Hessle Audio) in May 2010, Blawan has in 2 years gone on to chalk up an impressive run of EPs for the likes of R&S, Clone Basement Series and Restoration Records. He has delivered remixes for Radiohead and The Black Dog; forged promising alliances with Pariah as Karenn and The Analogue Cops; and, co-founded the Works The Long Nights imprint. An ace dj with a commendable love for vinyl, he is deservingly much in demand from the world's key clubs/festivals.
Key to the 'Sound of Rome' since 1991, Lory D is a legend in Italy's capital. Taking his inspiration from the darkness and beauty of the night-time metropolis and it's underground raves, the ex-DMC champion was one of those responsible for the triumph of the darker techno sound at the time. After a few years' sabbatical, the architect of the Sounds Never Scene label has returned to the dancefloor with a stronger sound than ever: clear proof that original, fearless acid-electro-techno is back on the agenda.
