- We welcome Cocoon’s Chris Tietjen to the cage for the first (official) time. Chris Tietjen is not only one of the rising stars of German techno, but also an enormous fan of the back room at Revolver. Having played unannounced in the cage during previous visits to Melbourne, this time we’re celebrating Chris’ “341 ep” which just dropped on Cocoon, so we thought we should make it official. Chris has held a long association with Cocoon since filling in to DJ for Sven Vaeth in Ibiza as an 18 year old and never looking back. Sven’s eye for the young DJ’s talent and enthusiasm ensured a steady international DJ schedule ever since. Along the way Chris recorded a mix CD with Steve Bug that won “best compilation” in 2010 by Germany’s influential Groove Magazine, and now he’s set to shows us how it’s done at Revolver. Support from Lewie Day, Myles Mac and Mike Callander.
