Lots of bands play tribute to James Brown sound of the late „60s and early „70s, but few live and breathe it like nine-piece Japanese funk band Osaka Monaurail. Their live show is a reimagining of Brown‟s greatest legacy, with tight musicianship, and flawless staging. The band are immaculate in sharp suits, following charismatic front man Ryo Nakata, who, versatile and committed, barks out 'Godfather'-style vocals, laying down the slickest of dance moves.
